I'm facing the same problems as many others. I ordered on July 18th, confirmed with an expected shipping time of 2-4 weeks. Two months later, I still have no updates or notifications. I reached out to the support team, who promised express shipping within three weeks, but I still haven’t received anything a month later. They offered a $20 store credit, which doesn't help me reorder. I insisted they ship my package, but now it's been another month and a half with no package and no responses. I'm left wondering if I've been scammed.
