Overall, we are very happy with our new windows and doors.
Tony and Sean were excellent — punctual, professional and thorough. The installation was completed to a high standard, and they patiently explained how everything worked. The scaffolding went up on time, and the aftercare follow-up has been good.
The only area for improvement would be clearer communication about when the scaffolding would be taken down, as we weren’t given that information.
The reason I have given four stars rather than five is that the sales process was quite long and felt more pressured than necessary, with an expectation to sign on the day. I would advise customers to take their time and negotiate carefully, as the initial pricing may not reflect the final figure.
That said, the quality of the product and installation is very good, and we are pleased with the end result.
