Darren arrived on time he was very polite, respectful and engaged in conversation .
All work completed to high standard tiding up throughout all stages of the door fitting.
He explained clearly how door locking system worked .
Really happy with the whole process and the look of my new door.
Had to pay the balance on completion which was a bit annoying as understood had until next day but still pleased with overall service.
The installation team: James & Adrian turned up at 8 on the dot, as per the appointment time. They were extremely polite, friendly and tidy. My old windows were removed and renewed with the minimum of fuss, and they even took all the old windows and frames away. From the first contact with the sales rep, right through to the window surveyor, all the office staff, and the install team, First Home Improvements were a pleasure to do business with.

When the installers arrived they were courteous, tidy and fitted all windows quietly and quickly.
A local manager calledas installation was at its final stages to verify condition of install, followed by the company following up a few days later.

Overall, we are very happy with our new windows and doors.
Tony and Sean were excellent — punctual, professional and thorough. The installation was completed to a high standard, and they patiently explained how everything worked. The scaffolding went up on time, and the aftercare follow-up has been good.
The only area for improvement would be clearer communication about when the scaffolding would be taken down, as we weren’t given that information.
The reason I have given four stars rather than five is that the sales process was quite long and felt more pressured than necessary, with an expectation to sign on the day. I would advise customers to take their time and negotiate carefully, as the initial pricing may not reflect the final figure.
That said, the quality of the product and installation is very good, and we are pleased with the end result.
From my first contact to waving them goodbye everyone was good polite engaging and made sure I understood what I was ordering and the cost. I was kept informed about what time the scaffolding was arriving then next day for the windows installed.Everyone arrived promptly and worked very well miminal noise and when they had finished they cleaned up excellently my floors hadn't been hoovered so well for quite a few months 😁I can highly recommend them also follow up has been spot on

Have just had John and Gary in over the last 3 days replacing our windows and doors, cannot fault their workmanship,they were polite, tidy and punctual and worked from the minute they arrived till finishing.Any minor issues were addressed promptly. A good team.

First home improvements supplied and fitted our new fascias, soffits and gutters. Very good communications, the fitters Colin and Tony were extremely professional, punctual, explained everything thing they were doing and answered all questions. Cleaned the area they were working when finished and did an amazing job. Would highly recommend.
We returned to First Home Improvements having multiple windows and doors replaced previously. For this installment we were having a replacement porch interior door. Eve was our friendly and knowledgeable salesperson and she was very patient with all our questions to help us make the best decision for our needs. Eve really pulled out all the stops to get us the very best deal. As part of Eve's initial visit she asked if we were happy with our previous installments and if we had any issues. We mentioned the back door was a bit drafty and an engineer was sent out to replace this free of charge.
On front door installation day our fitters Matt & Andy were on time, polite, efficient and tidied up well afterwards.
