Their payment website gives flat-out incorrect information: it says rent is late before it’s even due, displays amounts that don’t match what they use internally, and refused to accept my bank with repeated “bank not supported” errors until I finally spoke to someone. The automated phone payment system was just as useless — it told me my rent was already paid when it absolutely was not.
Maintenance is a complete waste of time. The back door has been broken, the wheels are shot, and instead of fixing it properly they sprayed WD-40 on multiple times. The gutters are falling off; they put them back up and they fall down again the next day. Every request turns into endless back-and-forth: “send pictures,” more messages, more delays — and after all that, when they finally come out, they do not fix the problem.
The one exception was the AC unit, which they actually fixed once. Other than that, dealing with them has been a total nightmare. It is pointless to request repairs, exhausting to chase them, and I cannot wait to move.
