Exceptional customer support. I purchased a telescope from this service about a month ago. It arrived very quickly and was quite impressive. I accidentally knocked the telescope over onto carpet, which cracked a small plastic part. I contacted them via email to request a replacement part. The support team was very kind and coordinated with the brand to send me a new part completely free of charge. I received the part a week later, and my telescope is as good as new.
