Exceptional support experience. I purchased a telescope from this service about a month ago. It arrived quickly and was quite impressive. I accidentally tipped the telescope over onto carpet, resulting in a small crack in a plastic part. I reached out via email to request a replacement. The support team was extremely helpful and coordinated with the brand to send me a new part at no cost. I received the replacement a week later, and my telescope is as good as new. I am very pleased with this service, especially since the issue was my mistake, yet they still assisted me in resolving it. Unsatisfactory Experience

I placed an order for a telescope that was clearly listed as in stock on their website. After processing my payment, they went completely silent. Only when I followed up did they casually inform me that the item had actually been discontinued—something they should have known and disclosed before accepting my money. There was no apology, no accountability, and no proactive communication. Instead, they waited for me to chase them, then offered to sell the same components separately at a higher price. This is absolutely unacceptable. A professional service should keep their listings accurate and inform customers immediately when an order cannot be fulfilled. This experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and a complete waste of time. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from them.

Lost High-Value Parcel

My parcel worth over 500 pounds was delivered to the wrong address, and even though they have admitted to not receiving it, they are making me wait. It's been four days since they lost my parcel. Additionally, customer service is terrible—there's no phone number to call, and emails go unanswered. Avoid this service. Avoid any company that sells high-value items but lacks a customer service number. The service even tried to force a replacement on me. It was only after I contacted consumer protection and informed them that the service could not impose a replacement that I received a refund. Their response claiming it was a no-fuss refund is a lie. AVOID THIS SERVICE.

I contacted several suppliers about enabling my grandson to see what I see through my telescope. Replies varied from nothing to 'not really as good as an eyepiece,' until I received an outstanding response from this service. They provided an introduction to EAA and options for a setup to achieve what I wanted, all done very quickly. All my follow-up questions were answered promptly, and delivery was managed exactly as I wished. We're both delighted with the outcome, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
