I wrote a review last week about my experience with first manufacturer company, Raiders, Motorcycle jacket size large, which I could not zipper up because it was too tight. I purchased other motorcycle jackets like Harley Davidson’s and so on size large and they fit me perfect. I was going to return the jacket and exchange it for a size extra large, but then I got very ill and had three surgeries since then and I’m still recovering from the last one. I was told to contact the company and that they would assist me in a in an exchange. The exchange never happened because miraculously they cannot find my purchase information on record. In other words, it just disappeared. I am totally displeased and taking the loss of a purchase for an item that does not fit me because of their size fitment is wrong.
