So far, I've bought a leather vest, which I absolutely love and a pair of leather riding gloves. The gloves started ripping out on one of the fingers and I snapped a pic and sent them an email. Within a week, they sent me a brand new pair and told me to keep the old ones. Excellent customer service and I highly recommend their products!
