First off I would like to say I only place my order 6 days ago, and that was before I read all of these trust pilots reviews. Secondly I would say the AI customer service emails are extremely annoying, so I went ahead and called their customer service line and got a very vague customer service representative who seemed to struggle with English. As of right now I have a UPS tracking number and my order has shipped, assuming I get what I ordered and exactly what I ordered I would say the most I'm willing to offer this company is three stars because my experience being good does not outweigh all that I see that is bad. Furthermore I spent over 500 with first MFG and over 300 with two other companies on the shop app and first MFG is the only company that I've found so far that actually has a customer service number you can call and every vendor I found on the shop app has extremely poor trustpilot reviews and Yelp reviews.
