I am a resident at Olympia Hall Green, where FirstPort is the property management company, and my experience over the past five years has been extremely disappointing.
There is a shared communal area located in the middle of 10 Kildare Close (where the road ends) that has not been properly maintained at all during this time. Despite residents consistently paying full service charges — including additional top-up charges when requested — there has been no visible upkeep, repair, or general maintenance of this area.
It is frustrating to see ongoing charges being collected while the basic responsibilities of estate management appear to be neglected. Residents expect that service fees will translate into actual maintenance and care of communal spaces, but that simply has not been the case here.
The lack of transparency around where the service charge money is going only adds to the concern. After years of paying, the condition of the area does not reflect the level of fees collected.
Overall, this has been a very poor experience, and I would not consider the service provided to be acceptable for a professional property management company.
