Got told out most recent property manager was leaving middle of January. No update as to who the new one is - the probably haven’t appointed one. Who would want to work for them?! But they’ll still charge us for their “services”.
Public records show they are millions of pounds in debt … I wonder hundreds of FirstPort developments are suddenly getting massive charges lumped on them for precious years that have been undercharged. Almost like they’re desperately trying to stay solvent.
