NIGHTMARE 15 month transfer problem, notice served twice, administrative failure. Rang to resolve urgent matter but couldn't get anywhere, offers to directly provide evidence & pay outstanding charge unreasonably blocked as not on their system. Unsympathetic attitude and became rude. Formal complaint made as hands are tied. Advised to write & report to local MP & Dame Caroline Dinenage MP. It's staggering this company is still trading?
