Absolutely horrible experience with FirstPort Property Management. This is by far one of the worst management companies I have ever dealt with.
They take an unreasonable amount of time to handle even the simplest requests. I have been waiting over 20 days for a property transfer document requested by my Conveyancer as well as chased up so many times, and there is still no progress. Communication is very poor, responses are either delayed or completely unhelpful, and there is no sense of responsibility.
What is particularly frustrating is the contrast in priorities. While customer requests are left unresolved for weeks, the service charge bills always arrive right on time without fail. They are also very quick to notify customers of any increases, which makes the lack of responsiveness in other areas even more disappointing.
The lack of efficiency and professionalism is shocking. It feels like customers are completely ignored once a request is submitted. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially for something as important as property management.
I strongly advise others to avoid this company if you expect anything close to timely or competent service.
