The low premium rates might look attractive at first, but they come with a web of restrictions, inefficiency, and denial tactics that make the policy almost useless when you actually need it.I had a claim for my microwave, and the entire experience has been a nightmare. The technician came and fixed the issue, but also noted in his report that a part should be replaced to prevent it from happening again. A week later, the microwave broke down again — exactly as the technician had warned.When I tried to file a new claim, the company refused to help. Their online portal wouldn’t even let me submit a new claim because the previous one was still “active.” Customer support told me to contact the technician directly, but he couldn’t come without the company’s prior approval. Essentially, I was trapped in a loop with no resolution.To make matters worse, the insurance company denied the claim for the part replacement that the technician had explicitly recommended. So despite paying for coverage, I’m left with a broken appliance, a denied claim, and a process that goes nowhere.The customer representatives have no call etiquette. They say what they have to say and hang up without waiting for me to acknowledge or respond to what they said.
