Terrible experience. I can't stress this enough. I haven't used their services in years, and suddenly I was charged $120 due to a new fee they are imposing on all customers. I can't get rid of the fee. They don't answer the phone, and when they do after a long wait, I'm shuffled between departments just trying to cancel my account. After numerous transfers, they eventually hang up on me. They should really reconsider their business practices.
