Trying to resolve this with Fiserv directly has been a complete waste of time. Their customer service is virtually non-existent. I've been unable to get through to a human being, leaving me in the dark about how my financial information was compromised. Terrible experience. I can't stress this enough. I haven't used their services in years, and suddenly I was charged $120 due to a new fee they are imposing on all customers. I can't get rid of the fee. They don't answer the phone, and when they do after a long wait, I'm shuffled between departments just trying to cancel my account. After numerous transfers, they eventually hang up on me. They should really reconsider their business practices.

Can we give negative stars? This company kept charging my account for four years after their representative assured me that my account would be closed. When I discovered this, they refused to issue a refund. As a large company profiting immensely, they are taking money from ordinary people. It's shameful.
This company is currently withholding a significant amount of our money. They refuse to process payments or return funds, citing a risk review as an excuse. This is the second time we are processing a large transaction from the same client, and after providing all necessary documentation, they are still holding the funds for over 11 days. Their communication is poor, and this is severely impacting our business operations.
I sent multiple emails to customer service, giving 30 days' notice as required by my contract. Eventually, they responded, stating they couldn't process my request because the email I used was different from the one set up eight years ago. They requested a photo of the Managing Director to amend the email. To illustrate the absurdity, I sent a humorous image, which they accepted, and they finally canceled the contract.
