Unsatisfactory customer support. I ordered some fishing boots that turned out to be very uncomfortable; the heel digs into my feet on both boots. You can feel the heel on the sole while walking. When I requested a return, my reason was deemed inadequate and rejected! These boots are clearly not fit for purpose (boots you can’t walk in). I will not order from this company again!
