I ordered the tent on Saturday making the most of the 20% off deal.
It arrived safely on Thursday.
I erected in my garden, it turned out to be a windstorm. The tent stayed out assisted by weights .
I was able to enjoy two hours in the tent.
Fantastic buy. Would buy again.

Frustrating customer support experience. I ordered some fishing boots, and they were very uncomfortable; the heel digs into my feet on both boots. You can feel the heel on the sole while walking. I requested a return, but my reason was deemed insufficient and rejected! These boots are not fit for purpose (boots you can’t walk in). I certainly won’t order from this company again!

Terrible service! I ordered a pricey item two weeks ago, and no delivery attempt has been made. One parcel seems to be lost, and the other has been marked as returned to sender with no explanation! I've been following up for days with no response; it appears I won’t receive the parcels or my £850 refund! I'm incredibly disappointed as this was a gift for my partner, and I feel scammed! I will update if this issue gets resolved.
I paid for delivery within 2-5 days, but my order hasn’t arrived even after 2 weeks. This is the second time this has happened; I hoped the first instance was just a fluke, but clearly, it’s not. I cannot trust the delivery information provided.
This is one of my favorite fishing platforms; they have never disappointed me so far. I've placed several orders. The packaging is top-notch, and the delivery is incredibly fast. I wish other fishing platforms operated like this, showing professionalism. What I appreciate most is their respect for customers; that means everything. Thank you very much!
