Frustrating customer support experience. I ordered some fishing boots, and they were very uncomfortable; the heel digs into my feet on both boots. You can feel the heel on the sole while walking. I requested a return, but my reason was deemed insufficient and rejected! These boots are not fit for purpose (boots you can’t walk in). I certainly won’t order from this company again!
