Caution: I have encountered a similar issue with the lack of customer service from the company. I ordered nearly £1000 worth of furniture, and no one seems to know its whereabouts. Initially, I received an email stating that my item was en route, followed by a message from the delivery service with a time slot. However, just an hour before the scheduled delivery, I got a text saying it would be delayed. While it was disappointing, at least I was informed. Shortly after, another message arrived indicating that the delivery was cancelled because the item had not been dispatched! I was promised that someone would reach out, but a week has passed, and after numerous attempts to contact the support team and the delivery service, I am starting to feel like I’ve been scammed. The online customer service chat assures me that the “team is working on it.”
