Quality of the bedside table is much poorer than expected, the wood is not well finished, there are several marks, chips and areas where the wood doesn’t align properly so the drawers do not open and close smoothly at all. and I’m sceptical it’s solid walnut/mango as advertised. Additionally it smells AWFUL. We’ve kept the packaging to potentially return if F&L can’t rectify but had to isolate the packaging in a separate room because it smells so toxic - what is in your products?!?

Received damaged items despite high expectations.

I ordered two pieces, a walnut coffee table and a bedside table. Despite the assurances on the website, the coffee table came with several scratches and chips, while the bedside table had a noticeable chip on the front. The packaging was intact, indicating issues with manufacturing quality. Strangely, the drawer of the table was stuffed with dirty rags. I reached out to the support team, and they requested pictures. However, I didn’t arrange for a return as I couldn’t keep them packed and wait for a pickup. The quality is disappointing, and I wouldn’t consider ordering from this service again.

Disappointing product quality and service experience

I faced significant issues with the quality of the products. I ordered two bedside tables; one arrived in good condition, but the second was damaged. I had to repeatedly communicate with the support team to arrange a return, which was quite frustrating. After a couple of weeks, they finally organized a collection and sent a replacement table, but unfortunately, that one was also defective. I've now requested to return both tables for a full refund, but I have no idea how long that will take. The quality of the items does not match the price, and the customer service leaves much to be desired.

Caution: Poor Customer Service Experience

Caution: I have encountered a similar issue with the lack of customer service from the company. I ordered nearly £1000 worth of furniture, and no one seems to know its whereabouts. Initially, I received an email stating that my item was en route, followed by a message from the delivery service with a time slot. However, just an hour before the scheduled delivery, I got a text saying it would be delayed. While it was disappointing, at least I was informed. Shortly after, another message arrived indicating that the delivery was cancelled because the item had not been dispatched! I was promised that someone would reach out, but a week has passed, and after numerous attempts to contact the support team and the delivery service, I am starting to feel like I’ve been scammed. The online customer service chat assures me that the “team is working on it.”

Perfect Bedside Tables for a Spare Room

I needed bedside tables that would complement my headboard, but since it was for a spare room, I didn't want to spend too much. I discovered these tables at a local seller, and they were just right. All we needed to do was attach the legs. The tables were well-crafted and felt solid. The delivery was prompt. I would certainly consider using this service again.

Beginning to suspect this company is a scam!

I usually don’t write reviews, but this situation has become absurd, and I want to warn others. I ordered two bedside cabinets and a dressing table after seeing positive reviews. I received an email stating the delivery would occur in 2-3 days, which was reassuring. However, on the delivery date, I got another email late in the day saying they couldn’t dispatch the items. I understand that things happen. Then, I received a call from the delivery service on a random mobile number, but the voicemail was unintelligible. No one attempted to deliver my furniture. Next, I was informed that the delivery was cancelled and returned to the company, with the delivery service unable to assist. I’ve exchanged numerous emails with the support team, who keep assuring me that my order is on its way and that I should contact the delivery service to reschedule. Yet, the delivery service claims the opposite and says a new order must be created. After many messages and emails, my money seems to have vanished. This makes me question whether the reviews here are genuine or fabricated by the company. Please be cautious when making a purchase! If this is just a miscommunication between the delivery service and the support team, it needs to be resolved quickly. This level of customer service is unacceptable.

I had a fantastic experience

I had a fantastic experience; the parcel was not delivered correctly by the delivery partner and ended up lost. I contacted the support team, and they responded promptly, sending a replacement within a couple of days - truly excellent customer service, and the oak table turned out to be beautiful and high quality. I will definitely return.
