I faced significant issues with the quality of the products. I ordered two bedside tables; one arrived in good condition, but the second was damaged. I had to repeatedly communicate with the support team to arrange a return, which was quite frustrating. After a couple of weeks, they finally organized a collection and sent a replacement table, but unfortunately, that one was also defective. I've now requested to return both tables for a full refund, but I have no idea how long that will take. The quality of the items does not match the price, and the customer service leaves much to be desired.
