I received a damaged item. A staff member reached out to offer an exchange or refund, but then I was ignored. It was so disappointing to wake up on Christmas day, excited to give my partner a gift, only to discover it was broken. I was truly mortified. Since then, I've had no success with obtaining a refund or replacement. This was my first order, and it's hard to believe I've been left without any further communication after that initial email. Very disappointing.
