I received a damaged item. A staff member reached out to discuss an exchange or refund, but then I was ignored. It was incredibly disappointing to wake up on Christmas day, eager to gift my partner, only to find it was broken. Since then, I've had no success with obtaining a refund or replacement. This was my first order, and I can't believe I've been left without any further communication after that initial email. Very disappointing.

I've purchased several items in the past, and the service itself is generally good. However, I urge them to reconsider using a specific delivery service, as they are consistently unreliable. Everything sent by them is delayed, if it arrives at all. I won’t be purchasing online anymore and will stick to visiting the physical stores when I'm in the area. I feel this delivery service is affecting their business.
