Shocking level of poor customer service. Second hand goods sent to me and zero response or acknowledgement! I purchased several items from Glasgow Angling Centre and two item arrived that had very clearly been extensively used; paint worn off the edges and rather scratched and scraped. GAC cannot even be bothered to respond or acknowledge my emails. This is not the first time they have done this to me or fellow anglers. I doubt I would ever purchase from them again.
