Three months to deliver a Rio line. Emailed them after one month to be told I would get it when they got it. Emailed after two months got no reply. Finally emailed the owner Paul Devlin and the warehouse operator claimed it had just arrived in (5th November order placed 30th August). Wouldn’t have minded if I had been responded to.
