Avoid this seller at all costs! I purchased an item on September 8th with a promised delivery in 3-5 days, but it never arrived. There was no tracking information, and when I contacted customer service via email, I received no response. I had to escalate the issue with my bank to get a refund. It appears they claim to be based locally, but that seems misleading. I regret not reading more negative reviews beforehand. This was meant to be a birthday gift. Do not waste your money!
