We had a fantastic experience today thanks to a team member from the aquarium section. I was visiting with a client I support as a care assistant, and this individual made a significant positive impact on our day. They were incredibly friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable, clearly showing how much they enjoy their work. My client engaged in a conversation, and they kindly dedicated their time, making her feel completely at ease. They even returned later while we were observing the koi carp and thoughtfully brought us some fish food to feed them, which was such a lovely gesture. This team member truly went above and beyond, and it was evident that they enjoyed interacting with us. My client expressed that they made her day, and honestly, they made mine as well. It was heartwarming to witness someone take such pride and care in their role. This individual is a true asset to the company and deserves recognition, if not Employee of the Month.
