We had a fantastic experience today thanks to a team member from the aquarium section. I was visiting with a client I support as a care assistant, and this individual made a significant positive impact on our day. They were incredibly friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable, clearly showing how much they enjoy their work. My client engaged in a conversation, and they kindly dedicated their time, making her feel completely at ease. They even returned later while we were observing the koi carp and thoughtfully brought us some fish food to feed them, which was such a lovely gesture. This team member truly went above and beyond, and it was evident that they enjoyed interacting with us. My client expressed that they made her day, and honestly, they made mine as well. It was heartwarming to witness someone take such pride and care in their role. This individual is a true asset to the company and deserves recognition, if not Employee of the Month. Thank you for your kindness and for making our visit so special!
DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. My 600l tank burst, and I contacted the company for a replacement. The representative assured me they had a complete set in stock, including the tank, stand, filter, light, and heater. I reserved it over the phone to pick up after work. Upon arrival, I paid £300 for the package that clearly stated "WITH STAND" on the box. However, when I got home and started unpacking, I discovered there was no stand included. I called back, only to find out that the stand costs an additional £140! Now, my tank is on the floor with my fish, as I have no other place for them. I strongly advise against using this service!

After ordering a fish tank for click and collect and paying for it, I traveled a long distance only to find out they no longer had it in stock. It took over a week to get my money back, leaving me significantly out of pocket. They offered no compensation, just an apology. I expected at least a store credit or something similar, but nothing was provided.
I bought some fish, which ended up having many offspring. When I called to see if they would take them back, they agreed but wouldn’t pay for them. I understood that but was surprised when I asked for bags to transport them and was told I could buy them online instead.
