I was approached by the platform to sell a book I had purchased from them, and after agreeing to do so, I received instructions along with a buyer's address. I followed their instructions precisely and sent the book after paying upfront. However, the postal service informed me that the address didn't exist. It is impossible to contact customer support by phone! When I reached out for help, they claimed not to understand my issue. I had to remind them of their own email detailing the sale. They then suggested I follow up with the buyer, who has not responded to my emails. Now, I’m being told I’m unfairly blaming them for my predicament and that the loss of nearly $10 is just part of business. This company is utterly disappointing; their customer service is among the worst I've encountered.
