Fishpond is the number one place I buy my hard to find books from, which usually are only available from overseas. They source my books from the US and the UK and get them delivered to me right here in Australia at the best shipping price. They offer really great prices and my items always arrive safely. I have been buying from them for years and the service has always been outstanding. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my overseas books.

Now, I’m being told I’m unfairly blaming them for my predicament and that the loss of nearly $10 is just part of business. This company is utterly disappointing; their customer service is among the worst I've encountered.
