This company lacks transparency. I ordered two books because they were cheaper than other places, but I later discovered I was charged over $20 more than the listed price due to hidden processing fees. I canceled my order eight hours later, but despite the order not being processed, I was charged a $16 cancellation fee. This is misleading and unethical.
