Frustrating Delays with Book Orders

I placed an order for a book on November 7th, believing that there was ample time before Christmas, with an estimated arrival in just a few weeks. However, it only arrived on January 1st, leaving me unable to give a physical gift for the holiday. I then made the mistake of ordering another book on December 20th, as I would be leaving the country at the end of January. To my dismay, it hadn't even shipped by the end of January, prompting me to request a refund. The long wait times are frustrating, especially when misled by estimated arrival dates.
