Initially, I received a damaged item, and I couldn't return it because the return label wasn't accepted by the postal service. Their online return system now states that I have already returned the item. As a long-time customer, I'm very dissatisfied with this service. They sent me a damaged book and made the return process incredibly difficult. They finally offered a refund after I returned it, but deducted the postage. I won't be buying from them again.
