Extremely poor customer service.

I will not be using this service again. I ordered a book, and my order page indicated it would take at least two weeks. Another seller claimed they could deliver it in two days. I canceled my order and they deducted over $5 from my refund. Never again!

Will not purchase from them again.

Initially, I received a damaged item, and I couldn't return it because the return label wasn't accepted by the postal service. Their online return system now states that I have already returned the item. As a long-time customer, I'm very dissatisfied with this service. They sent me a damaged book and made the return process incredibly difficult. They finally offered a refund after I returned it, but deducted the postage. I won't be buying from them again.

At best, subpar service.

I ordered two books on July 16, and the website suggested they were available. I had a good experience with this service years ago, so I'm surprised that I still haven't received the books (August 28). One is seemingly unavailable, while another order has been placed for September. Communication with this company has been very challenging. I won't be using them again.

This service consistently provides the products I need along with excellent value. Their competitive pricing, especially regarding shipping, is commendable and much appreciated.

Deceptive practices and legal violations.

This service consistently misrepresents or obscures product details. They advertise items without disclosing they are second-hand until after an order is placed, then refuse returns or cancellations without a fee. Furthermore, when they claim items ship from a local warehouse, it is misleading; they actually ship after receiving them from overseas, leading to significant delays. I've been waiting nearly a month for an item that was supposed to ship locally, and the only advice I receive is to contact the seller, who provides no updates. They are slow, deceptive, and often infringe upon statutory rights under consumer laws. I've given them two chances, and the experience has been consistently disappointing. Buyer beware.

Delivery delays; unclear responsibility.

I'm unsure whether the delay was due to this service or their supplier, but I didn't expect a 6-8 week wait for delivery. I always had the option to cancel my order, and I’m glad I have now received it.
