Furthermore, when they claim items ship from a local warehouse, it is misleading; they actually ship after receiving them from overseas, leading to significant delays. I've been waiting nearly a month for an item that was supposed to ship locally, and the only advice I receive is to contact the seller, who provides no updates. They are slow, deceptive, and often infringe upon statutory rights under consumer laws. I've given them two chances, and the experience has been consistently disappointing. Buyer beware.
