Ordered a Browning Umbrella from them on the 25th November. The item was being sent from the US, but my receipt had postage and VAT on them.
A MONTH later, 24th December, I received a card from Royal Mail saying there was a Customs Charge to pay, plus a handling fee, totalling £14.91.
I have emailed them and also opened a PayPal dispute, I will update this review when I get a reply. Looks like they are trying to avoid UK Import Duty, the most disappointing thing is my father will not get his Christmas Present on Christmas Day.
