I ordered a hat on November 21 for Christmas arrival. I ordered early so that I'd get the item in time. It look until December 11 to arrive, and when I opened the package I realized that the hat they sent was completely different than the one pictured on the website. This is totally unacceptable since I do not like what I received and now it's too late to get the right one in time for Christmas.
This is FALSE ADVERTISING. Do not order from this company.
I am currently attempting to do a return for a full refund, but they will probably try to charge me for international shipping, making it not worth it to send the item back. Also who knows if I will actually receive a refund upon return. We'll see what happens.
Again- do not order from this company!!!
