We have 3 pair of fiskars hand cutters for small branches. We called in to find out what we needed to do. They sent parts, which did not fix the problem. Now all three are broken and I have sent them a letter. Next step is to contact customer service. Forget the lifetime warranty, just words and when you call all you get is lip service.
