I have not received any replies to my emails concerning my claim. Their automated system indicated to expect a response in "up to 7 weeks." After waiting 5 weeks, I reached out for an update but got no reply. Now, it has been over 7 weeks and 5 days since I submitted my claim, and I still have not heard anything or received a resolution.
Be cautious of their warranty. It took 8 weeks for them to respond to my claim. They also expect you to pay for shipping the defective product back, which could cost more than the product. Their lifetime warranty feels ineffective. I’m relieved I bought mine from a different retailer and returned it.
I received a digging and cultivating tool that looked promising, but when I tried to cut perennials, it barely worked on anything thicker than a quarter inch. It's quite dull, which is disappointing. While the pointed tip is effective for weeding, it doesn’t meet my expectations.
