I have several products made by Fiskars but a few months ago I had to make a claim for a pole pruner that needs a new cutting head, on Jan. 27 2015 I went to website and initiated a claim, a couple of days later i was sent confirmation that in 12 -15 days a replacement part was being sent out to my residence, on Feb. 25 still no replacement part sent out another e mail to Fiskars customer service, Fiskars customer service Lisa Halverson replied on March 4th that part was being shipped out same day, contacted Fiskars again on March 17th asking why I still don't have replacement part,I asked that a tracking number be provided but this was not supplied, once again Lisa replied that part was being shipped out same day, April 6th at 9:20 am PSTand still no replacement part. I made a phone call this time thinking that i could speak to a live person, put on hold and listening to suggestions that i could leave a message, i wanted to speak to a customer service supervisor or manager at this point, a recorded message came on to state that no one was availble and just to leave a message and someone would get back within 1 day, what is the point of purchasing products from Fiskars that have a lifetime warranty is it takes a "LIFETIME "TO GET CUSTOMER SERVICE SATISFACTION.
