If there was a zero rating, I would choose that. I ordered jeans on November 18th and still haven’t received them. The customer service is a joke, insisting they were delivered and I should check with my local post office. I’ve done that, and they aren’t the courier. I’ve asked repeatedly about the courier, but they keep telling me to check my garden and ask neighbors. I’m done—no jeans, no refund.
