I placed an order in September, and I keep getting endless excuses about its status. They claim the order has been canceled, but when I tried to process the refund, I received a message saying it couldn’t be completed. Now, they are ignoring all my communications. This feels like a group of scammers—don’t waste your money.
I placed an order on October 4th for Christmas presents—animal socks. It’s been 77 days, and I still haven’t received my order, nor will they refund my money. This website feels like a joke. I’ve sent 20 emails and received no help, just repeated requests to wait.
DO NOT purchase from this company! I ordered trousers in September and have never received them. I have emailed 10 times and was promised they would resend, but nothing has come. I suspect this is a fraudulent company and should be shut down.
This is a follow-up to my earlier review (from October 17th). I gave the jeans to my daughter, as I mentioned I don’t wear anything with a side zip. Less than two months later, the side zip broke. On a brighter note, I ordered and received two lovely pairs of jeans from another brand. I will never buy from here again.
If there was a zero rating, I would choose that. I ordered jeans on November 18th and still haven’t received them. The customer service is a joke, insisting they were delivered and I should check with my local post office. I’ve done that, and they aren’t the courier. I’ve asked repeatedly about the courier, but they keep telling me to check my garden and ask neighbors. I’m done—no jeans, no refund.
The jeans took ages to arrive, and they weren’t the right style or length. When I asked to return them, they offered me a small amount, but I don’t know if it was in pounds. They even suggested I give them away. I sent strong emails about the poor service, but they refuse to accept the jeans back, even though I’d have to pay for postage to return them.
I’m still waiting for my delivery and a refund for the overcharge. One moment my parcel is reported to be in China, and the next update says it’s in the United States. It feels like I'm being misled daily with different tracking numbers. I can’t believe I fell for this.
Awful experience. My order didn’t arrive from China after 4 weeks as per tracking. A replacement was sent from America, which I’m skeptical about. The quality is terrible—raw seams, fraying edges, visible pocket linings, and puckered hems. They offered a small refund and suggested I give the items away! After many emails, I accepted a slightly higher refund, which I’m still waiting for. Just avoid this place!
