The jeans took ages to arrive, and they weren’t the right style or length. When I asked to return them, they offered me a small amount, but I don’t know if it was in pounds. They even suggested I give them away. I sent strong emails about the poor service, but they refuse to accept the jeans back, even though I’d have to pay for postage to return them.
