I am at my whitts end with this company. Every email I receive after asking where my item is comes back the same answer. I am now thinking that my item will never come. It has been in the UK for well over a week and still no sign. I have asked for a refund but no answer given. I also wish now I had read reviews. I'm not happy at all Please avoid this awful website .
