System is easy and convenient Reminders are upbeat Exercises are clear, and coordinated Works pretty well with Spotify, with minor glitches I had to adjust settings and inputs to refine the workout level to match the intended goals.

sometimes the description on how to do a particular exercise is either not clear or the video is hard to see the detail.it would be helpful if threre was a reference library of sorts to go to for clarification
