Ordered this for my 79 year old mother who's very unsteady on her feet and suffers very badly with arthritis especially in he lower back. Within 10 minutes of taking this oil she was so much steadier and has cut her painkiller prescription in half.

It has now been one week and I still haven’t received my delivery ( when the website said next day delivery). I understand that the courier issue may not be directly your fault; however, good customer service would involve either sending a replacement or issuing a refund while you resolve the matter with the courier company. Simply telling me that you will contact the courier and wait for their update is not an acceptable solution. This has been a very disappointing experience.
Ordered 9th Feb before the 4:30pm cut off to get next day delivery. So should have been delivered on the 10th February. It’s now the 12th and there’s nothing to say it’s even been shipped yet. No response to email. Have I been scammed??
Edit: I had a very to-the-point email to say I had been refunded, very non-explanatory, nothing to say “We are sorry you didn’t receive your order…”etc. Where’s the customer service? Strange and Confusing after reading all the positive reviews.
Money did come back to me thankfully. Shame I didn’t get to try the products.
