I must be the lucky one. Fortunately I didn't read any of the other reviews before i bought the cross trainer.I bought it on line (through Amazon I think, rather than direct). It turned up on time, the packaging was undamaged and all the bits were there. The latter pages of the instructions left a bit to be desired but, provided you had more than a couple of brain cells to rub togther, thet were fine,Whilst moving my Workmate around the garage, I dropped it and damaged one of the pedals on the cross trainer. Abdul & Kimberley at customer services were very helpful and a replacement pedal duly turned up and I fitted it without a problem.Are they as fast and slick as Amazon, probably not. Is the product any good, well my cross trainer is certainly adequate for my needs.I am more than happy with both the product and the service. Perhaps I am just the lucky one!
