I would definitely recommend fit4home as I am very pleased with my home gym. They responded to a question about delivery very quickly and provided all information I had requested. It took 2 days to build, but as long as you read the instructions very carefully, then you won't have any issues.
Cable machine great price great peace of kit very impressed. The correspondence with delivery was good all delivered within the time slot and building it was fairly easy. The machine itself is very sturdy and smooth action With the level selection great for a full body workout being able to target all muscle groups.I would recommend this product for the quality and price.
I bought a mini stepper from this company. The box arrived damaged and the button to switch on the LED doesn’t work. I tried contacting customer service; their phone line doesn’t work, it took a week to get a response from them when I emailed them, when they finally did get round to answering my email they never bothered to follow up my response to their queries about the product. Also, they expect you to pay for any returns. Now I’m stuck with a broken product. If this is how they treat customers then they shouldn’t be in business. I am very, very disappointed. I wouldn’t even recommend them to my enemy. Customers beware!!!!
Bought some weights and a barbell list as 1” standard only to find that that they don’t fit any other weights. Not 1” or 2” or anything.Complained directly and fit4home said “ In this case, as you have mentioned above, the weights that have arrived with the set have fit onto the bar. We are sorry if this has caused any inconvenience but we don't advice using any other weights with our 50 kg set. We will take onboard your valuable feedback, it only helps us to improve our products and services. We will surely raise this with our manufacturer and our Marketing if amends are required on the listing.”No attempt to rectify the problem.Advice - Don’t buy products for this company as they’re more than likely to be faulty.
I was going to give this company a whole two star review, but since they’ve finally contacted me, I can only give them zero, one star is too kind in my opinion.The rowing machine I purchased came in a box that had been opened. It was easy to assemble, but there’re scuffs all over it, this I can live with, although not ideal.However, the console unit clearly does not work and needs replacing under the warranty. Fit4Home, have only responded once to a message through the seller, I guess this fulfil there contract obligations to them, but not to my emails, although they wanted a video of the problem sent to them direct through email.I cannot get them on the phone as it seems to be a deadline when I last tried. Purchase from this company with caution, this will be my last with them!
Purchased item via Amazon. Had to return it as it was damaged. Their quality control took a month to confirm that the item was indeed damaged and agreed to a refund in 3-5 days. Two weeks later, this refund has still not been received. Have called the company and left a message. Beyond ridiculous customer service.
