Ordered a cable crossover machine via wowcher through Fit4home end of february before lockdown for £385 delivered, get told they’ve gone out of stock but a new shipment would be inbound around end of march and would be delivered to us, couple of days before they’re due to deliver they told wowcher to cancel the order due to not having the stock, and tell me they cant fullfill the order even though they’re still selling them on their website- conveniently at a much higher price of £650 not including delivery. I just cant believe they could hold my money for months on end only to let me down, and lie and say it was about stock yet they continue to sell them to others taking advantage of the lockdown by selling at inflated prices. The most annoying thing for me is that i could have easily bought a similar product at argos which was £300 and just as good if not better, but that went out of stock soon after and hasnt been back in stock since, so now i’ve not been able to properly maintain my fitness. Really unhappy with how they handled my order, this has taken me weeks to get over.
